Feeling Tired? Want to Do Nothing All Day? This Post is for You!

Sometimes you don’t really want to do anything at all. One thought of leaving your bed makes you wanna cry. You procrastinate, eat junk food, sleep all day or simply waste hours watching funny YouTube videos or scrolling Instagram. And that’s alright. Most of us have periods of our lives when we want to forget about everything and don’t complete any tasks. We created a list of things which will help you to get back to your normal way of life.


First of all, you won’t get back to “normal” state overnight. It will take you at least one week to recover. It’s quite obvious, but start step by step and don’t judge yourself if something goes wrong. 

Schedule your sleep time
All of us have our own rhythms sleep. Some wake up at 10 am and consider it to be early, while others wake up at 8 am and think it’s very late. For some people it’s very important to wake up early, as morning is a perfect time to do the main tasks of the day.

Try to figure out what time is the most suitable for you and on your first day try to wake up exactly at this time. If you think it’s hard, then ask someone to help you. This first day is not going to be very productive (because, obviously, you didn’t sleep a lot), but this step is very important. 

Sport = willpower
Okay, it may seem quite difficult and some of you would probably skip this advice. Well, actually sport for us is significantly important. It’s scientifically proved that our willpower depends on the amount of physical activity. To make it simple, sport helps you to concentrate on things you are busy with. Moreover, you don’t need to exhaust yourself. 30-60 minutes of low-intensity sport will provide you with 2-3 hours of willpower.

Nutrition
Try to experiment with your nutrition and find which products help you stay tuned all day long and which motivate you only to sleep. Should I say that healthy products help you more than junk food? At least start with a healthy breakfast. 


 No to mindless Internet surfing
You perfectly know that sometimes you take your phone and start updating various social networks without a proper need. And you can spend hours and hours wasting your time in such way. One of the most useful things is to turn off your phone. You will say “I can turn on an airplane mode or simply turn off Wi-Fi”, but it’s too easy. In some minutes you will be able to avoid this as quickly, while it takes some time to turn on your phone, pass pin-code and some other important things. Before surfing the Net you will have to think twice if you really want to do this. 

These are mainly the most important things which can help you to be more active and productive. We also suggest you to make a list of “damages”. Here you can mention some things you haven’t done while being tired or things which actually pushed you into your poor state (for example, some enormous tasks you are afraid of). To make things even better, don’t forget to plan your activity and manage your time. Remember, when you are accomplishing your daily tasks, you feel even more motivated.
